The subtropical climate in Vanuatu makes the weather on the island magnificent all year round. Daytime temperatures average around 26°C, rarely dropping below 20°C, during both summer and winter. You can book your holiday well in advance at My Vanuatu. You’ll find our packages include travel dates up to ten months in advance. Flight schedules from Australia’s capital cities to our incredible destinations are released approximately every ten months. As soon as this happens, we package together our unbeatable deals for you. So, you’ve made an online enquiry or booked your holiday, but you haven’t received an email or itinerary from us yet. Your itinerary may have landed in Junk or Spam folders. If you’ve checked and you still can’t find your itinerary, contact your friendly My Vanuatu Expert.

Please mark your calendar with the final payment due date to ensure the amount is paid before the due date. For final payments, they are due no later than 65 days before departure. At 70 days before departure (five days before the due date), we’ll send an email to you with a payment link that is valid for 10 days, and an SMS to advise you of your upcoming balance. You will receive a reminder if it becomes overdue.

Your day tours are pre-booked for the dates shown on your itinerary. The dates can be changed subject to availability, but you would need to contact the tour supplier a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled departure. For experiences included in your package, you can contact the resort to book a time that suits you.

Travel documents will be emailed to you two weeks before departure. This includes itinerary, flight confirmation, and any vouchers for tours.

Once you have paid your deposit there is nothing else you need to do except arrange for your balance to be paid 65 days before departure. Once your balance is paid, we then email your travel documents approximately two weeks before departure.
