Our friendly staff will meet you in the arrival hall of the airport. When you exit Customs & Quarantine, please look for the Bountiful Tours & Transfers arrivals desk on your left as you pass through the exit hall. We are located at the second desk on your left and we will have your name displayed!
The desk is in front of the Digicel and Vodafone booths but before the Airports Vanuatu Information Desk

Please note swimming, fishing & diving are not allowed in Erakor Lagoon.  No hotel facilities have been impactedand there is no restriction on use of water sports including kayaks and catamarans.

All Inclusive is defined as: Accommodation in chosen category which already includes daily buffet breakfast, then additional two (2) Meals per day being lunch from the Pool Grill (1 x main course & 1 x dessert) and buffet dinner at Lagoon Terrace, unlimited glass of Soft Drinks / Bottled water / Local draft beer / House Wines / and House Spirits from the Lobby Bar, Pool Bar and Lagoon Terrace. *Sunset Cruise
Take in the lights of the city and beautiful sunset aboard our spacious glass bottom boat as we cruise Port Vila Harbour and Mele Bay. Fully undercover, two level boat, 2 toilets, suitable for all weather conditions.
Departs at 4:15pm from the Port Vila seafront. Food platters available with 24 hours notice via direct website booking at an additional cost. BYO alcohol – feel free to bring your own drinks. Dinner packages available – visit our website for the latest optional dinner packages.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy on general terms & conditions.
