*Airport to Hotel Return Transfers
Bountiful Tours and Transfers Vanuatu look forward to greeting you on arrival in Port Vila! Our friendly staff will meet you in the arrival hall of the airport. When you exit Customs & Quarantine, please look for the Bountiful Tours & Transfers arrivals desk on your left as you pass through the exit hall. We are located at the second desk on your left and we will have your name displayed! The desk is in front of the Digicel and Vodafone booths but before the Airports Vanuatu Information Desk.

*Accommodation
Wine, Dine and Spa credit: This amount is to be credited to the guest’s room account on check-in which can be applied towards all food, beverage and spa treatments at the resort. WDS Credit cannot be applied towards external third party service providers e.g. Tours.

*Kids Stay, Eat & Play Free
When sharing a parent’s room, children 12 and under stay free when using existing bedding. Cot Hire is also free of charge. Children 12 years and under eat free with the Holiday Inn Kids Eat Free Program when they order from the kid’s menu in the hotel resutaurant, whilst accompanied by a paying adult. Limited to 4 children per dining family per meal or 2 children per parent per meal.

The Holiday Inn Vanuatu resort’s Kids’ Club is the place to be and our little guests love it! This dedicated facility is especially for younger guests aged 3 to 12 years. We offer non-stop fun the whole day long with arts and crafts, games and an on-site play area.

Our Kids’ Club is inimitable among Vanuatu kid friendly resorts and complimentary for in-house guests. The Kids’ Club is open daily from 9:00am to 9:00pm so mum and dad can have a break too! For children aged under 3 years, Pikinini Carers are available.

*2.5 Hour Snorkel & Glass Bottom Boat Cruise
Mele Bay. Take in the coral and fish life through the seated viewing platform or get up close and personal and
snorkel the reef. Make your own way to the boarding point beside Numbawan Cafe on the Seafront near Pad
Thai restaurant. Snorkel on the coral reef in Port Vila Harbour and enjoy exploring Iririki Island aboard our 2 story GLASS BOTTOM tour boat. This experience includes a 1.5 hour harbour cruise and snorkel experience. Our large glass bottom cruiser can accommodate up to 45 passengers for a leisurely cruise and snorkel around Port Vila. Our boat has large seating area downstairs surrounding our glass viewing platform, as well as a viewing platform upstairs, two toilets and bluetooth connectivity to create the music mix of your choice.

*Zipline
Soar through the rainforest canopy and experience a fantastic buzz while on 6 ziplines totalling 1.3 kms and the 120 metre Skybridge. Zip platform to platform across canyons and ravines enjoying lush jungle and breathtaking water and jungle views. Feel the wind on your face. Designed for those of average mobility and strength who are in reasonably good health. Ages 5 to 80. Weight restriction 120 kgs. Waist circumference maximum of 120cms. Not suitable for pregnant women. One needs to be fairly mobile as there are uneven jungle pathways and approximately 3 flights of stairs without hand railings.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced.
